Escuela Montalban – TANDEM Granada- will be offering, as from September this year, two new courses of Spanish for special purposes:

Spanish for Tourism Course

The Spanish for Tourism course is designed for people wishing to learn or perfect their Spanish with a specific focus on the world of tourism. So, if you are looking to work or you are already working for a travel agency or hotel, or as a congress organizer or tour operator, or in any other sector of the tourism industry, then Escuela Montalban’s Spanish for Tourism course is for you!

With the Spanish for Tourism course you will combine a Standard Spanish Course with 2 daily private classes focused on Spanish for Tourism.

Medical Spanish Course

The Medical Spanish course is addressed to professionals and workers of the healthcare sector such as doctors, nurses, health visitors, specialist health professionals such as dentists and pharmacists, hospital managers, etc. who work or intend to work in a Spanish-speaking environment.

With the Medical Spanish course you will combine a Standard Spanish Course with 2 daily private classes focused on terminology and phrases appropriate to the healthcare field.

The objective of the Medical Spanish course is that you improve your Spanish competence and you develop skills and knowledge to improve communication with Spanish-speaking patients.


Spanish for Tourism and Medical Spanish in Granada, Spain

Escuela Montalban – TANDEM Granada is accredited by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. Thus, through the Spanish for Tourism and the Medical Spanish courses you will be ready to sit for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce Certificate in Tourism and in Medical Spanish ("Certificado Básico", "Certificado Superior"). If you wish so, you may request to take the examination to obtain the certificate. In both cases, a 4-week course is recommended.

  • Group classes: 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day from Monday to Friday
  • Group size: max. 8 students
  • Private classes: 2 private lessons of Spanish for Tourism or Medical Spanish per day
  • Levels: from B1.
  • Starting dates: every Monday
  • Course duration: 1 - 4 weeks
  • Enrolment fee: 50 €
  • Timetable: from 09.00 to 14.00 h
  • Course Price: 410 € per week
  • Examination fee: 45 € (optional)
